Whether you believe the story or not, you cannot deny the fact that it is a powerful tale. Those who were not "supposed" to see first, saw before anyone else. And they, in doubt and unwanted, carried the news. It is a complex and paradoxical tale, and for that reason it does not cease to fill me with wonder.
